We hope you will be happy with any item or service you receive from us, but in case you are not, you can find our policy on returns and cancellations below.

How to return items 

Goods must be sent back to our address (provided below) at your own cost unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Damaged and faulty items 

We apologise in advance if any items arrive damaged. If you suspect any of your items are damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Services team with subject title FAULTY.  

Either email  or call 020 7586 9668 during our Opening hours (mon – fri 9am to 7pm) 


All refunds are processed once the items have been received. Refunds are credited to the bank card used to pay for the item and can take up to 30 days.  

Lord’s Pharmacy reserves the right to cancel your order if there is insufficient stock or we are not able to deliver to your area.  

Refund exclusions 

Unfortunately, for reasons of health and safety you cannot return items that: 

  • has a hygiene seal broken  
  • have been used 
  • can depreciate rapidly and expire
